Sebastian Kawiorski

Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO

Strategy, Origination, Structuring & Capital Formation

Sebastian leads OKETO's strategy, origination, sponsor-side structuring, capital formation and transaction execution across private markets in Europe and the United States.

He previously served as General Manager of Classic Properties LLC in South Carolina from 2002 to 2006. During his tenure, the company completed more than 400 wholesale and retail real-estate transactions. His responsibilities included real-estate finance, structuring seller-financed acquisitions and sales through promissory notes, working directly with investors and reporting directly to the company’s founders.

He later co-founded estatedealer.pl, a brokerage business that completed more than 5,000 real-estate transactions and grew to approximately 100 agents at peak. Across estatedealer.pl and other real-estate businesses he helped build, he worked with nearly 100 property developers and homebuilders on project launches, sales strategy and transaction execution. In 2020, he conceived, led and executed a nationwide multimedia campaign across Polish television and digital media, with a planned media reach of 15.05 million.

FROM THE CO-FOUNDER, CHAIRMAN & CEO

OKETO is being built as a sponsor-led private-markets platform. We originate selected opportunities, work alongside founders and operating partners, and help shape the structure, governance and capital plan from the outset. Our objective is not simply to present transactions, but to remain aligned in the vehicle and help create investable structures capable of standing up to serious diligence and long-term execution.

Grzegorz Renke

Co-Founder

Alternative Assets & Operating Businesses

Grzegorz has more than 30 years of experience across fine art, collectibles, heritage properties, operating businesses and alternative assets. His work spans sourcing and acquisition, provenance and technical diligence, conservation, market positioning, sale execution and relationship-led business development.

He participated in the full acquisition-to-exit process for Holy Family, c. 1630, attributed to the workshop of Peter Paul Rubens. Following conservation, physicochemical analysis and specialist review, the work achieved an auction result of approximately $1.15 million through Polswiss Art in 2023, including auction fees, ranking as the third-largest transaction on Poland’s auction market that year.

The case also received national television coverage: Polsat’s Wydarzenia covered the work and its attribution ahead of the auction, while TVN24 reported on the completed sale.

At OKETO, he leads the evaluation and development of alternative-asset and operating-business opportunities, including business succession, acquisitions and special situations. His origination is driven by long-standing direct relationships with owners, founders and senior decision-makers, allowing OKETO to develop proprietary off-market opportunities that rarely enter a competitive process.
