Solutions — Debt Capital

Debt pathways for qualified real-asset and operating opportunities.

OKETO may coordinate access to suitable lending programs or third-party capital providers for reviewed opportunities, subject to lender requirements, diligence, and applicable agreements.

How It Works

Coordinated debt access, subject to review.

OKETO reviews debt capital requests from borrowers and sponsors with qualifying real-asset or operating opportunities. Where a reviewed opportunity aligns with suitable lending criteria, OKETO may facilitate introductions or coordinate access to relevant programs or providers.

All debt arrangements are made between the borrower and the relevant lender or capital provider. OKETO does not lend its own funds and does not guarantee debt approval, terms, or availability.

Typical Requirements

Qualified real-asset or operating opportunity

Defined use of proceeds

Appropriate collateral or security

Operator / borrower experience

Supporting financial information

Compliance with lender eligibility criteria

OKETO is not the lender. Loans are made by third-party lending partners under their own programmes, criteria and agreements. Those partners make all credit decisions and provide all funding. OKETO does not lend its own funds, does not make credit decisions, and does not take deposits.

Where OKETO introduces or supports a financing request, it does so only in jurisdictions and in a capacity permitted by applicable law and by its agreement with the relevant lender. An enquiry is not an application, a credit approval or a financing commitment, and access to any lending programme depends on the lender’s independent assessment, criteria and availability.
