Grass-Hopper Polska sp. z o.o. sp.k. completed the acquisition of a 58.13% majority stake in SILPLAST PACKING sp. z o.o. OKETO colleagues participated from opportunity origination and transaction preparation through due diligence, structuring, negotiations and closing.

Holy Family, c. 1630

Grzegorz Renke participated in the acquisition-to-exit process for Holy Family, c. 1630, attributed to the workshop of Peter Paul Rubens. The process included conservation, physicochemical analysis and specialist review. The work achieved an auction result of approximately USD 1.15 million through Polswiss Art in 2023, including auction fees.

This is earlier leadership experience, rather than an OKETO corporate transaction. The attribution is to Rubens’ workshop. The auction result is an approximate historical USD equivalent, not a current valuation or an investment-return calculation.
